GENERAL
We offer enhanced subscriptions that allow for 2 to 6 connections, enabling you to use anywhere from 2 to 6 devices simultaneously per subscription. Please note that attempting to use more devices than your subscription allows at the same time will result in service malfunction. Continuous misuse by exceeding the permitted number of devices may lead to permanent termination of your subscription. This policy is designed to align with our package offerings, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all Crescent Premier subscribers.

Freezing, buffering, or temporary service interruptions may occasionally occur with any streaming service worldwide. As such, you may experience these issues from time to time. Channels and Video on Demand (VOD) content in any package are subject to update, change, or removal at any time without prior notice. Subscription credentials are typically sent to the client’s registered email within minutes after payment is received. It is the client’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with how the service works and its nature.

We regularly perform maintenance on our servers, which may occur at any time and without a guaranteed timeframe.


SERVICE CANCELLATION
You do not need to inform us if you plan to cancel your subscription or place it on hold.

If you decide to put your subscription on hold, your service will stop once the current subscription duration ends. No payment is required to cancel or place your subscription on hold.


SUBSCRIPTIONS
Your payment can be made using PayPal, Venmo, PayPal Credit Card, or Crypto/Bitcoin payment gateways. Payment failures can occur for various reasons; please contact us if you would like a detailed explanation regarding a failed payment. For any billing or support inquiries, please contact us through the Crescent Premier website client portal.

By accessing or using Crescent Premier’s services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access any part of our service. Crescent Premier reserves the right to cancel any payment if it is found not to be completed.


COMMUNICATIONS
By creating an account on our website, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other communications we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in our emails, or via support tickets within your registered account on our website.
